If you missed the
Impressions Show reception, you really missed out on a great art event in downtown Tucson.
There were two demonstrations in the print lab during the reception: a fabulous mezzotint demo by
Jennifer Clarke, an inking and a printing demo by yours truly, an amazing collection of prints, a great crowd, and wonderful food and adult beverages. If you follow me on twitter (colorguru1), you probably saw
this photo taken by MarsMaven of me pulling a print. I also sold a print opening night!
Lucky for you, the show is up until June 1st and the gallery will be open late for next weekend's
"Second Saturday", where printmaker Joe Marshall will be doing woodcut demonstrations. I will also be there to help out and answer questions.
